These Heatpacks are made with Lupin seed.

Lupin seed are natural, clean, dustfree and hold heat longer than wheat or rice, which tend to break down over time.

Each comes with a NZ themed cover slip (almost like a pillow case) to allow you to wash the cover and keep your heatpack clean.

Feel free to sparingly add a few drops of your favourite essential oils to your heatpack. (Not supplied)

Instructions: Heat in microwave for 1 minute, then in 30 second increments until you have reached your desired heat.
